We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that a copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your notice in writing to the attention of "Copyright Agent" at legal@wphd.me.
6.1 By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6.2 By You: If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion by contacting us at legal@wphd.me.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless wphd.me and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: (i) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; (ii) a breach of these Terms; or (iii) User Content or links posted by your account that violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WPHD.ME MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THEIR FEES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SERVICE.
